The objects of the Faversham Foundation are:
To advance the education of the public in general.
The protection and promotion of both mental and physical health.
The relief of poverty and sickness.
The promotion of the arts.
The promotion of equality and diversity, and the promotion of racial and/or religious
harmony.
The conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural of the
environment.
To relieve the suffering of animals in need of care and attention and to promote humane
behaviour towards animals and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal
welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals.
The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation.
To develop the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically
disadvantaged community of the area in such a way that they are better able to identify,
and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society.
And other exclusively charitable purposes in the United Kingdom which are in the opinion of
the trustee trustees beneficial to the community and for the public benefit in the area.
